166 Logistics Academy impacts the career paths of thousands of young people

Built around this need, the 166 Logistics Academy has been transforming traditional learning since 2019 and has become one of the few platforms that directly shapes young people’s futures.

The Academy is built on a simple principle: not only to learn, but to apply what is learned in a real work environment.

Launched on the initiative of Aqil Zeynalov, the founder of 166 Transportation and Logistics, the Academy quickly became a turning point for thousands of young people. Students don’t just learn logistics—they also develop an understanding of workplace rules, responsibility, professional thinking, and a culture of goal-setting.

Over seven years, for young people selected from 32,500 applications, the Academy has meant far more than an “internship program”—it has served as a real gateway to a career. The fact that thousands of graduates are actively working across different fields is the strongest proof of the Academy’s impact.

The 166 Logistics Academy aims to develop young people not only with knowledge, but also with values, mindset, and the right direction. Its core goal is to shape participants not as ready-made employees, but as the professional leaders of the future.

Since 2019, the “166 Logistics Academy” internship program has received over 32,500 applications. Of these, 573 candidates successfully passed all stages and were admitted to the Academy, and 153 are currently employed within 166 Transportation and Logistics across various departments.

This initiative under Aqil Zeynalov’s leadership proves once again that a well-designed system and a confident strategy can create real change in the careers of thousands of young people.
